How We Work ?
1. We Pick !
- After Booking successfully, one of our representative will contact you to schedule device pickup from your given address. You can check complete guide on How to Book a Repair ? or Book your Repair.
- After reaching the pick up location, our staff will handover an empty envelope with a seal to pack the device.
- Make sure to seal it well and hand it back to our representative.
- Pick up note will be signed by both parties as an acknowledgement, surity and security.
- Collect your copy of pick up note from our representative duly signed and stamped.
- If the document is not signed and stamped. DO NOT HANDOVER THE DEVICE.
- After that, your Device will be carried to our closest lab to perform repairs.
2. We Repair !
- After Receiving the sealed envelope, we open it carefully with a video recording to keep it as an evidence of device condition.
- After that, we will start diagoning the device to find the fault.
- After we diagnose, we will inform you about the fault, the cost of repair, and the estimated time needed for repair.
- Any spare parts needed during repair will be additional and subjest to additional charges which will be agreed before repair starts.
- If any other fault is found during diagnosis, it will not be repaired.
- Any additional fault will subject to additional charges and extra time.
- After we agree on this, we will start the repair and update you when it’s done.
- After successful repair, we will pack your device in sealed envelope.
3. We Deliver !
- After successful repair, our delivery associate will collect the device and leave for delivery.
- Please make sure the package is sealed and intact during delivery.
- We recommend making video before opening the package for your own safety.
- Please sign delivery note once device is successfully checked.
- If issue exists, please take another envelope from our staff, seal it and return it back.
- Please note we take returns on the spot, any issue after signing the delivery note will not come into the warranty of repair.
- Payments will be done on the spot before signing the delivery note.
