Repairing Rules & Regulations

Effective from, 29th Mar 2025

  1.  Any repair requested such as ” broken glass repair ” will be addressed as “one” and any additional problems found during the course of repair will not be fixed or repaired. We might notify you of such problem however, if you agree to repair those isses with additional charges we can do so, our representative will advise you the charges and ETA for repair and delivery.
  2. Only person who has booked and signed the (DEVICE PICKUP NOTE) will be considered as the authorized person to deal with and after successful repair the device will be delivered over the counter or handed over to the authorized person only, no other person can collect the device.
  3. Devices will not be restored / reset to factory default setting unless requested or asked for. If the device needs a reset to perfrom the repair we might inform the user in prior notice and take all necessary measures to keep the data save.If we receive a consent from the user then we will proceed with the repair.
  4. WE DO NOT SELL MOBILE SPARE PARTS, we buy parts from thirdparty retailers on special demands. Spare part required for the repair and its price is subject to approval from the owner of the device and the cost of spare parts will be additional to the repair cost.
